Terms and Conditions for the Job

  1. The applicant must be of age 18 or over.
  2. The applicant certifies that the answers and information given in this application are true and complete to the best of his/her knowledge. The applicant understands that any false or misleading information provided, or omitted, on this application, in resume, or during any interview is grounds to disqualify the applicant for consideration for employment and, if discovered after hiring the applicant, is grounds for discharge.
  3. The applicant authorizes The Fantasy Maids, LLC to contact his/her present and former employers, references, schools, and other sources to verify his/her background information and also verify any of the information contained in this application, in any accompanying resume, or in any interview. The applicant further authorize those employers, references, schools, and other sources to give The Fantasy Maids, LLC any and all information concerning applicant’s previous employment, education, conduct, and any other relevant information they may have, personal or otherwise.
  4. The applicant hereby releases and forever discharge all such persons, companies or other sources, and their agents and employees, and The Fantasy Maids, LLC, and its agents and employees, from any and all claims, known or unknown, which may result from the disclosure or collection of the requested information.
  5. The applicant understands that this application for employment is not a contract of employment and that if the applicant is hired, his/her employment with The Fantasy Maids, LLC, is at-will and can be terminated without cause and without notice at the option of the company or the applicant.
  6. The applicant certifies that no representations have been made to him/her, written or oral, that alters the at-will nature of the employment relationship. The applicant further understands that the at-will nature of the employment relationship may not be changed unless specifically acknowledged in writing by the President of The Fantasy Maids. LLC, in a document signed by both the applicant and the President.
  7. By providing this information electronically through online application, the applicant hereby gives his/her permission for The Fantasy Maids, LLC to obtain information relating to his/her criminal history record. The criminal history record, as received from the reporting agencies, may include arrest and conviction data as well as plea bargains and deferred adjudications. The applicant understands that this information will be used, in part, to determine applicant’s eligibility for an employment position with this organization. The applicant also understands that, as long as the applicant remains an employee with The Fantasy Maids, LLC, the criminal history records check may be repeated at any time. The applicant understands that he/she will have an opportunity to review the criminal history and a procedure is available for clarification if he/she disputes the record as received.
  8. The applicant agrees that he/she will follow all Company policies, rules, and procedures. The applicant understands that The Fantasy Maids, LLC reserves the right to add, change, and/or delete any policies, procedures, work rules, and/or beliefs at any time.
